Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

• The participation fee is payable in full at registration and prior to the start of the Conference.
   
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
   
• Bank fees and transfer charges must be borne by the participant.
   
• The participation fee includes access to conference sessions, the exposition, sponsors’ information, networking areas, and the conference handbook.
   

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizers.
   
• Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee.
   
• Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
   
• Name substitutions are permitted at no extra cost, provided written notice is given at least 7 days before the Conference.
   

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, and the original booking fee will remain payable in full.

 

3. Force Majeure

• If, due to an act of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic restrictions, political instability), the organizers postpone the Conference, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date.
   
• Participants unable to attend on the alternative date may request a refund of participation fees already paid.
   
• The organizers shall not be held liable for any other costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.) as a result of rescheduling.
   

4. Program & Content

• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or schedule at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
   
• Speaker presentations and materials will be shared only with the consent of the speakers.
   

5. Admission Restrictions

• All registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by the organizers.
   
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission at their sole discretion.
   

6. Liability

• The organizers shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, or for any direct or indirect costs incurred by participants in connection with the Conference.
   
• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, health, and insurance coverage.
   

7. Photography & Recording

• By attending, participants consent to photography, audio, and video recording during the Conference. These may be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes by the organizers without financial compensation.
   

8. Data Protection

• By registering, participants consent to the collection and secure storage of their personal data by the organizers.
   
• Personal information will be used exclusively for Conference administration and communication with the participant.
   
• The organizers will not share or sell personal data to third parties.
   

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Moroccan law. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
